Only conditionally and if yes, then accompanying. We will of course always try and find an agreement with you, and of course, we will give you our independent, realistic assessment of what is possible. Since we are dealing with all facets, positions and company sizes of the PLM market, we know exactly the market variances in salaries. However, if negotiations with your future employer are stalled we may try to mediate. In any case, you receive valuable and comprehensible feedback.

Even if there are some candidates, there are often very few Recruiters that can match technical documentation with the job requirements. The chances for the employer are waning. Since we only work by contracted order at fixed prices, there is never a discussion around target salaries, settlements etc.
